Why invest in Malaysia REITs ?
We compare the percentage of returns in Property is pretty sweet but we need big sum of capital and the Risk is higher once crisis arise , while Saving in Fixed Deposit only 3% yearly return which cannot hedge against inflation ! Invest in REITs just need small capital , we invest consistently every month or we monitor monthly the movement , once the price drop to the support level we invest it at the right time , we will enjoy the capital gain beside the the quarterly dividend received from the REITs management , the yearly dividend easily can get 6% or above.
